Next, try a camel pose. Kneel on both knees and place your hands on your lower back as you slowly bend backward, pointing your chin to the ceiling. Remember to breathe through these yoga moves, and move into the rabbit pose. Continue to kneel and grab your heels with your hands. Bring the crown of your head to the earth and point your tailbone up to stretch your spine. Next, come to a seated position for some side bends. Sit cross legged as you extend one arm up and over your head. Feel the stretch in your side and repeat with the other arm.   Remain seated for the fish pose. Sit with your legs extended in front of you and place your hands under your gluts. Lie back and rest on your elbows as you tilt your head all the way back. Finally, try the legs up pose. Lie down and place your lower legs on a chair. Hold this position and just relax. With this yoga routine, you can beat stress and improve your health.
